The staff was friendly and helpful. soft drinks and fruit juices were available throughout the day! 2 pool slides were available for the kids. I really enjoyed the short walk to nearby shops and restaurants.
The breakfast options were quite limited. I found the selection to be fairly basic. it's a detail i hope they can improve in the future.

the staff at reception were cute. they efficiently handled our check-in process. the team promptly addressed our requests throughout our stay. this contributed positively to our overall experience.

convenient location walking distance helpful staff hard bed uncomfortable pillow poor ventilation
the location is convenient. it is near the land of legends, within walking distance. a. 101 and carrefour are very close. the staff are kind. kadir was particularly helpful.
the beds were hard. the pillows were uncomfortable. the mattresses need replacing, i noticed a lack of ventilation in the bathroom. i could hear other people in the bathroom. we shared a bathroom window.

an acceptable stay
great location early breakfast short walk hard bed small room missing duvet
the hotel location is great , especially for visiting Land of Legends. the walk to the park took only five minutes. breakfast started early for ironman participants at 5:30 am.
the beds felt quite hard and pillows offered little comfort. our room was advertised for a family, but it felt cramped. the mattresses should be replaced, and duvets were missing.

great location close restaurants poor curtains average breakfast
the location is great (especially for visiting the Land of Legends). I walked there in about 7 minutes. there are many shops and restaurants very close to the hotel.
the curtains in my room did not fully cover the doors. some sand was coming from the sink water. the breakfast was average (nothing special, really).

the staff was very helpful and friendly! they offered free soft drinks all day. breakfast included a lot of fresh products.
the room curtains were not good, they didn't cover the full doors. i found sand in the sink water. the beds were not comfortable.
